What isProfitAbility for the Energy Industry?

ProfitAbility for the Energy Industry is series of board-based simulations designed to help every employee understand how their business works. These simulations have been created specifically for the energy industry.

These simulations show how deregulation is changing the rules for success, and how employees as teams and as individuals contribute to the success of their business.

Each of these simulation seminars is built around a highly interactive board-game simulation of a specific segment of the power industry. Each simulation allows participants to develop a lasting understanding of the business issues and to relate the lessons directly to their own working environment.

Each simulation will teach employees to:

1. understand the financial basis of success in their part of the business
2. understand how accounts are used to measure success
3. know what has and has not been important under regulation
4. recognize what will drive success in the future
5. see how each employee personally contributes to that success

In addition, employees learn from the exercise how financial results drive their company's value stock up or down, and how some specific challenges of deregulation will affect their company.

The participants will also have a great time while learning!!
